Mitchell also serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer of $7.5 billion Liberty Bank. Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in various C-level executive positions, building his entire career by being a passionate Fintech and digital technology professional.

Lizette Nigro leads product strategy for Owners Bank providing strategic leadership in the area of segmentation management, digital engagement and product marketing. Lizette also serves as Senior Vice President, Digital Engagement for $7.5 billion Liberty Bank. In this role, she recently led the bank through a significant digital transformation including implementing a new digital account opening, digital banking, mobile banking, money movement and digital customer service solutions for it’s over 200,000 customers.

Erik Nilsen has a deep Product Management & Digital Banking background that was acquired from years of banking and fintech leadership.  He is responsible for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships that help with the growth of Owners Bank. In addition, Erik leads key strategic initiatives like banking-as-a-service and real time payment strategies for Liberty Bank. Erik’s past banking experience has allowed him to be in the forefront digital banking transformation from both a client’s perspective and a vendor.
